MIA Description:
NextGen Health Solutions UK is offering MiA (Medical Artificial Intelligence) symptom checker to its users to better take care of themselves, especially when there are minor ailments that could be handled without a need to go to a doctor or for (non-emergency and non-critical) symptoms.
MiA at present, is used by patients and healthcare providers, using NextGenGP and Talk2GP services provided by NextGen Health Solutions.
Use MiA (AI powered symptom checker) for self-triage to see if you need to see a GP now or later or follow self-care advice. You can also use our AI powered symptom checker to do a self-triage (see terms and conditions of use; only for non-critical illnesses).
CE marked (MHRA registration number: 8133) compliant with the EU Regulations.
Unique Features:
- Multi-languages (English-US, Arabic, French, Italian, German, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, Catalan, Chinese simple and others (added on request).
- Natural Language Processing (in simple terms, you can add symptoms without worrying about terminology and spellings); MiA will do the rest.

Are my GPs UK registered?
Yes, all our GPs consulting through this app are UK GMC registered. If you are using our NHS services, then the GPs will be from your own GP surgery.

Is the service onsite as well?
For our NHS services, you can consult with your GP via video call and if needed then you can book a face to face appointment with your GP.

Can I book doctors during holidays or weekends?
For the NHS services, you are able to book appointments only during the days and time that your surgery has provided the appointments for.

Is my data safe?
Yes. Your data is safe. Our database and hosting is done from highly secure servers and all information is encrypted. We follow strict rules of privacy and are also registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

*(Healthkit permissions could be request during an evaluation in order to get vital signs from Apples Health App. Users will be able to allow or deny acces to Apples Health App each time that MiA app will request vital signs information)
